Yes, the NSWQB offers advice to recruitment agencies based on a protocol agreement.
Consultation is given to recruitment agencies when they are new to the market and require "start- off" information and when they are preparing for a new recruitment drive.
Any other contact with the NSWQB should ideally be carried out by e-mail.
Consultation does not guarantee outcome with regard to applicants.
