Customer Service Charter

Standards of Service: Telephone Inquiries

We are available to answer calls during office hours, which are from 9.00am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Our offices are closed during lunchtime, from 1-2pm.

We aim to provide clear and accurate information to callers.

We will answer all your telephone calls promptly and courteously. If you wish to call outside office hours, please leave a message on our answering service and your call will be returned on the following working day.

Some queries are more detailed than others and therefore require more time to process.

Customers may be asked to submit their query in writing, to ensure that a comprehensive response is issued.
