Standards of Service: Equality/Diversity policy

We undertake to ensure the rights to equal treatment established by equality legislation and to accommodate diversity within our workplace and in our dealings with customers.

Any customer who feels that she or he has been discriminated against on any of the grounds covered in equality legislation should contact the NSWQB’s Complaints Officer, detailing the exact nature of the complaint.

The grounds as set out in equality legislation are gender, marital status, family status, sexual orientation, religious belief, age, disability, race and membership of the Traveller community.
