Members of the National Social Work Qualifications Board
The Board is the policy making body of the NSWQB. Members are nominated by social work constituencies as set out in Statutory Instrument and appointed by the Minister for Health and Children. The Chairperson of the Board is appointed directly by the Minister, and the Vice-Chairperson is elected by the Board.

The NSWQB has three standing committees and a consultative group: the Audit Committee, the Committee on Non-National Qualifications, the Committee on National Qualifications and the Panel of Assessors. The NSWQB may also from time to time set up temporary task forces, as required.
